Generally: Maintain all landscape works in on-ground areas, planters and balcony pots on an on-going basis from the end of the 13 week Plant Establishment Period, as indicated on the plan. Organize with client to provide access to private areas. Provide a maintenance log book to be completed at each visit and signed off by client. Frequency of maintenance visits to be adjusted to suit seasonal conditions

Planting; Adjust staking and tying to ensure correct growth habit of plants. Remove stakes and ties within 26 weeks of end of Plant Establishment Period. Replace any vandalized or sick/dead plants with plants of the same species.

Mulch: Mulch is to be maintained to a minimum depth of 100mm on all beds with a mulch specification on the Landscape

Fertiliser In early Spring fertilize all plants, using fertilizer suitable to the various species (eg Camellia food, 'Osmocote for Natives', etc.) Train climbers onto trellis and wires.

Pruning: Pruning is to be carried out at the appropriate time of year for each species, to encourage and maintain desirable plant form. Particular attention is to be aid to the maintenance of unobstructed passage along pathways

Mowing: Lawn areas are to be maintained at an even height of between 25 and 40mm.

Weeding: Lawn areas are to be kept in a weed-free condition.

Materials: Top-up any subsided planting areas with quality soil/compost mix to match existing. Top-up mulch accordingly, to maintain 75mm depth. Check soil moisture content. Check for any leaking of planters and report to client.

Irrigation: Check, adjust and repair automatic irrigation system to maintain full cover to all lawn areas, gardens, balcony planters and pots. Seek client approval prior to re-setting timing and distribution of watering system. Adjust and repair tap operated irrigation systems on balconies and pots.

Cleaning: Remove all rubbish from landscape areas. Clean out all storm water pits at each visit.

Hard Landscaping: All hard landscaping elements, such as paths, retaining walls, lighting, outdoor furniture, fences and vehicle barriers, are to be maintained in a safe and effective working condition
